Our Mission: To improve the Alexandria community by bringing in more businesses; providing activities - both educational and entertaining - for people in the village and surrounding areas; and to make the village visitor friendly. Click the link to find out more and see a list of their members.
The full-service library offers an array of programs and services in addition to an extensive collection of books, CDs, videos, and children's area. The library is a member of the Central Library Consortium, a partnership which results in 14 library systems serving 1.24 million cardholders across six counties with over 1 million unique titles.

The Alexandria Museum is regularly scheduled to be open every Sunday from 2-4 p.m., May - September. We are happy to make arrangements for groups to visit outside of those regular hours; just contact us to schedule.
