The full-service library offers an array of programs and services in addition to an extensive collection of books, CDs, videos, and children's area. The library is a member of the Central Library Consortium, a partnership which results in 14 library systems serving 1.24 million cardholders across six counties with over 1 million unique titles.

The Northridge Local School District, located in rural northwestern Licking County, Ohio, is the pride of the community, serving approximately 1300 students in the district’s four buildings: Primary, Intermediate, Middle and High School. The Primary houses grades K-3, Intermediate grades 4-5, Middle School grades 6-8 and High School grades 9-12. The district is 137 square miles, which includes areas of Licking, Delaware, and Knox counties. Northridge High School and Middle School has a USPS address of Johnstown, Ohio, although it is about five miles northeast of that town.
Northridge High School is located in rural northwestern Licking County, Ohio, and serves several townships in that part of the county, as well as a part of southern Knox County, Ohio.

The Alexandria Museum is regularly scheduled to be open every Sunday from 2-4 p.m., May - September.
